Privacy Policy
Effective 5 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Opercularis LLC handles through opercularis.com and when you email us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
The data controller is Opercularis LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Oxford, United Kingdom. For anything related to this policy, write to contact@opercularis.com.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. It does not load third-party scripts or web fonts, and it has no forms or user accounts.
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this information to identify or track visitors.
Emails you send us
The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by email: usually your name, your email address and whatever you write. We use it to read and reply to your message, and for nothing else. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep your emails only as long as we need them to handle your inquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR these generally include the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to complain to a data protection authority such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Several US state privacy laws give comparable rights, such as the right to know what personal data a business holds about you and to ask for it to be deleted.
To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to contact@opercularis.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
Apps and services
Where an Opercularis app or service handles personal data, its data practices will be described in this policy or in a supplement linked from this page.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
